Après le blog de cuisine en anglais, c'est maintenant un nouveau blog en français que j'écris. Je vais au maximum essayer de faire en sorte que l'un ne soit pas une simple réplique de l'autre.
I graduated from a culinary school in 2008, and since then I have been working as a line cook in a restaurant! Lots of fun, burns and learning! It's hard to still cook at home after a long night at the restaurant, but this blog is what keeps me in touch with what I really love : cooking, thinking about food, and talking about it! By the way, Miam isn't a cat talk, but it means Yummy in French.
